Kit Supply vs Full Build

We offer two ways to get your shed built:

Kit supply: We engineer, fabricate, and deliver your complete shed kit. You or your builder handles the erection. This suits owner-builders, licensed tradies, or anyone who wants to save on labour costs while still getting a professionally engineered structure.

Full build: We handle everything from slab to completion — design, engineering, council approvals, concrete coordination, erection, cladding, and final handover. Same quality engineering and materials, zero hassle on your end.

Shed Kit Types Available

We supply kits for every type of steel shed:

• Garage kits — single, double, or triple bay. Typically 6m x 6m up to 12m x 9m with roller doors and PA door access.
• Workshop kits — higher walls (3m–4.2m), mezzanine-ready frames, and wider spans for machinery and workbenches. Popular sizes from 9m x 6m to 15m x 9m.
• Rural and farm shed kits — large-span open-bay structures for machinery, hay storage, and livestock shelter. We regularly supply kits up to 24m wide with 4.5m+ clearance.
• American barn kits — the classic raised-centre barn profile with natural light and extra height. Great for workshops, studios, and rural properties.
• Industrial shed kits — heavy-duty portal frames for commercial and industrial use. Engineered for crane loads, large openings, and high wind ratings.

Engineering & Council Approvals

Every shed kit comes with full engineering documentation — structural calculations, member schedules, and connection details certified by a qualified engineer. This isn’t optional; it’s how we build every kit.

If you need a building permit (most sheds in WA do), we can prepare and lodge the council application on your behalf. We regularly work with local councils including the City of Swan, Shire of Mundaring, and City of Kalamunda, so we know exactly what each council requires.
